Senior Treasury Analyst - Job Description

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
We are seeking a motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Infrastructure team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payment instructions, learning about private markets, and supporting organizational success.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Treasury Director to manage payment data for Limited Partners, General Partners, and Partnerships.
* Track change requests and confirm changes with authorized contacts.
* Monitor fund closings and related payment activities, such as new investor input or investor linking.
* Resolve payment instruction issues related to distributions by coordinating with clients, investors, and banking partners.
* Track monthly distributions to ensure standard settlement instructions are active and operational.
* Develop expertise in establishing payment instructions on US and foreign clearing systems.
* Confirm wire transfer instructions for investments.
* Issue capital calls and distributions, resolving issues across teams as needed.
* Participate in projects to improve processes and implement system solutions.
* Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
* Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with treasury workstations and workflow software.
* Familiarity with private markets industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Technical aptitude and adaptability to new systems.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree (Arts or Science) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
* 3-5 years in treasury, financial analysis, or operations.
