Recruitment Consultant at ProSource Group
ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Irish engineering design consultancy, for a structural engineer to join their rapidly expanding team in their Galway office. This role will provide the successful candidate with broad structural design experience across a wide range of public and private sector projects.
Role
* Design of structures for large-scale building projects throughout Ireland.
* Liaising with public and private sector clients
* Working on the preparation and review of structural analysis and design calculations
* Assisting with the preparation of drawings for conceptual and detailed design
* Presenting a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and project management.
* Attending client and design team meetings, and occasional site visits.
Requirements
* 3-6 years of structural design experience
* Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
* Progressing toward Chartered status with Engineers Ireland
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Client-focused, with developing skills in client relationship management
* Able to mentor junior staff and support their technical growth
* Demonstrates leadership potential and a keen interest in developing client relationships
* Clean driver’s licence is desirable
