Job Opportunity:
The Recruitment Resourcer is a critical role within the recruitment team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and registering suitable candidates to meet client requirements efficiently.
This position plays a key part in maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with procedures, and delivering a professional candidate experience consistent with industry standards.
* Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and referrals. Craft engaging job advertisements that align with company branding.
* Candidate Management: Conduct telephone and online assessments to evaluate suitability, availability, and eligibility status. Verify candidate documentation and schedule interviews, inductions, and training sessions where necessary.
* Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters and consultants with shortlisting and preparing candidate submissions for clients. Liaise with candidates to confirm interview details, feedback, and start dates.
* Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to ISO 9001 and relevant compliance standards. Update the recruitment CRM and spreadsheets with accurate candidate data.
