Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution - Engage in conversations with customers to introduce how Unified can enable digital transformation aligned with their industry, in collaboration with Account Teams and Services.
o Share knowledge on digital transformation through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement.
o Collaborate with team members to identify new opportunities for Unified.
o Drive incremental revenue through personal campaigns and internal sources like marketing.
o Work with account teams and services to track and qualify new support opportunities.
o Build pipeline by interfacing with customers and leveraging social selling.
o Apply Microsoft's sales process (MCEM) to assess opportunity quality and decide on proceeding.
o Identify opportunities to increase consumption and grow business with existing customers, including providing demos, quotes, and collaborating with internal teams.
o Understand customer business needs and technical readiness; propose solutions that align with their needs and communicate value propositions.
o Map external stakeholders, including decision makers and influencers, and communicate with them through account teams.
o Develop strategies to accelerate deal closing, including creating close plans to map timelines, engage customers, and secure buy-in.
2. Sales Excellence - Collaborate with internal resources, leverage customer insights, and explore emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio.
o Review feedback reports and coach others to ensure customer satisfaction, establishing recovery plans as needed.
o Manage sales and delivery success through coordination with the account and Customer Success teams.
o Participate in business planning and Rhythm of Business meetings to review and strategize for accounts.
o Work with partners and marketing on business analysis to identify high-potential customers and develop targeted lists.
o Manage end-to-end business operations within the territory, including forecasting and developing territory plans aligned with strategic priorities.
o Complete required training and obtain relevant certifications for the role.


Qualifications

1. Minimum Qualifications - Proven experience in technology-related sales or account management OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field combined with relevant sales or account management experience.
2. Language Requirement - Fluent Swedish is required.
3. Preferred Qualifications - Additional experience in solution or services sales, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant sales experience.
4. Experience in solution or consulting services sales is preferred.
