Leading a District Team

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your district.
* Create a positive and motivated work environment and ensure smooth collaboration among team members.
* Develop, support and coach store managers within your district to help them achieve their goals.
* Analyse and optimise stock movements to improve efficiency.
* Complete regular district tours with sales executives to ensure consistency and quality.
* Conduct cash management checks to maintain financial control.
* Support projects by providing analysis and feedback to inform decision-making.
* Oversee store refurbishments, new openings and re-openings to maintain brand standards.
* Develop and implement annual business plans for your district, setting clear objectives and targets.
* Plan KPIs and store staffing structures to meet business needs.
* Support the implementation of our company strategy in your district, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
* Prepare for and participate in Area Manager meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience.
* Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills.
* A full driving licence is required.
* You must be organised, flexible, motivated and a hard-working leader.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* You should have proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
* You should have a strong interest in developing a career in retail.
* Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be an advantage.
