 
        
        Part time variable hours contract 3 days per week February to end October. Hours may be reduced over winter months but flexibility to work in other areas of the business will secure more hours.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department. You will contribute positively to the smooth and efficient running of the department.

 * Hotel operational knowledge desirable but not essential

Main Duties :
 * Administration of our Alkimii workforce management platform, including onboarding new starters, issuing contract updates, posting newsfeed.
 * Managing HR email inbox and voice messages.
 * Completing HR onboarding process with new employees.
 * Maintain uniform inventory and order new stock as necessary.
 * Issue uniforms and ensure that employees follow uniform policy.
 * Complete all employee paperwork and filing. Ensure employee files are kept up to date and that all relevant documents are uploaded to Alkimii platform.
 * Conduct exit interviews.
 * Conduct Reference checks for interview candidates.
 * Completing reference requests
 * Completing social welfare forms for staff and any letters needed for Social Welfare/Bank.
 * Organising and coordinate employee training sessions as needed.
 * Advertising of available roles on job sites and reviewing/replying to applicants. Screen candidates from all sources and arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
 * Monitor progress of training on our LMS system and chase up outstanding statutory trainings.
 * Process employment permits
 * Monitor status of permits and visas.
 * Help organise employee events.
