Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for driving revenue within the assigned area, ensuring monthly targets align with the annual business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales performance reaching a minimum of 80% of the monthly goal, covering both commercial airtime and digital sales.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, actively engage in prospecting, and convert new customers to expand the client base.
* Maintain efficient use of administrative tools such as CRM systems.
* Collaborate with creative teams to execute impactful client campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery and results.
* Ensure timely communication of advertising bookings and scripts to relevant stakeholders.
* Facilitate the collection of all outstanding payments from clients, adhering to established policies.
* Perform additional duties as assigned periodically.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to effectively build and manage client relationships
* Outstanding communication skills
