We are seeking a skilled HR Professional to support the delivery of an effective, compliant and staff-focused Human Resources service. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days onsite in Tullamore and 2 days working from home.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes from advertising to onboarding, following safer recruitment practices. They will prepare job ads, arrange interviews and communicate with candidates. The role also involves processing and tracking Garda Vetting, references and pre-employment checks.
* Prepare contracts and onboarding packs.
* Coordinate staff induction, including Children First and safeguarding training.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a related area such as Hiring Manager, Recruitment or Administration roles within organizations that adhere to Irish employment law.
This includes knowledge of GDPR data protection principles when handling confidential information as well knowing how use MS Office software effectively.
