Your new company A leading global brand operating within a regulated financial environment is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its Dublin-based finance team.
The business is undergoing a major systems transformation and offers exposure to large-scale data, SAP S4HANA implementation, and group-level reporting.
The finance function is collaborative, fast-paced, and non-hierarchical.

Your new role Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments Prepare monthly and quarterly group consolidated financial statements Maintain and document financial control processes, resolving exceptions and unreconciled items Deliver financial analysis and insights to support internal decision-making Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable outputs for stakeholders Oversee accounts payable and expense approvals Monitor and report on cash flow, ensuring liquidity and forecasting accuracy Manage regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support SAP S4HANA implementation including data migration, testing, and user training Contribute to change management and system adoption across the finance function What you'll need to succeed ACCA or ACA qualified (finalists may be considered) 0 to 1 year PQE in financial services, leasing, or large/medium corporate accounting Experience preparing financial statements and group consolidation packs Exposure to ERP implementations (SAP S4HANA preferred), including UAT and data migration Strong understanding of IFRS and regulated reporting environments Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders Familiarity with financial services products such as operational lease, hire-purchase, and complex loans Experience with Agile project methodologies and cross-functional collaboration High level of motivation, adaptability, and personal commitment What you'll get in return Salary between €60,000 and €65,000 (non-negotiable) Bonus potential VHI health insurance, pension scheme, eco car scheme 37.5 hours a week (8 am to 4.30 pm) Hybrid working for 2 days onsite and more during onboarding Flexible start time between 8 am and 9.30 am A collaborative team culture with exposure to transformation and regulated reporting What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
