Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
* Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large and experienced Housekeeping team in a beautiful historic property. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
You will ensure all areas meet Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and FORBES standards through regular inspections and quality control checks. Your role includes managing daily operations, staffing, workload planning, room prioritisation, linen control, lost property procedures, and guest room security.
* Liaise closely with Front Office to ensure efficient operations
* Respond professionally to guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Previous experience in a senior Housekeeping or Rooms Division role within a luxury hotel environment.
