We are seeking dedicated, innovative, and driven talent to join our expanding team. The role involves ensuring the reliability and compliance of Laboratory Systems within our Quality Control team.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the incident ticket queue and resolve issues promptly as part of the Quality Control Lab Services Team.
* Support the maintenance and user administration of local Laboratory applications, including periodic system reviews and audit trail reviews.
* Provide front-line support (Level 1) to labs, troubleshoot system errors, and collaborate with vendors and global teams for resolution.
* Act as the main on-site contact for Laboratory System Helpdesk, interacting with global system teams or vendors.
* Manage system content deployment and end-user training.
* Maintain high integrity and recognize the importance of the quality control function in pharmaceutical production.
* Participate in the on-call support rota for 24/7 Lab Services support.
Requirements
* Experience in supporting QC laboratory systems is preferred but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7 & Windows Server 2003/2008).
* Bachelor's degree in an IT or scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Business Information Systems).
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Flexibility to perform all other related duties as required.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
