The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Operations Assistant in Dublin 17. The role is fully office-based.
* Plan and track the shipment of full and part loads.
* Respond to a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails.
* Liaise with sub-contractors/hauliers and produce accompanying paperwork for deliveries.
* Book in deliveries with customers as required.
* Manage returned paperwork.
* Maintain all transport logs, manifest logs, sequence controls, and dispatched orders.
* Perform any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
The Person
We are seeking an individual with:
* IT Applications – MS Office.
* ERP experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Previous transport experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Administrative skills, ability to plan and organise tasks, and liaise effectively with team members.
