The role
We are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Country Marketing Lead to lead our B2B growth in Ireland. This is a chance to shape our local marketing strategy from the ground up, leveraging the power of our global team to fuel success. You'll get hands‑on with local activations, making a tangible impact on our journey while reporting to the Country General Manager and collaborating closely with our global Growth Marketing and Communications functions.
What you will do:

Be our on‑the‑ground expert, feeding market insights back to our global teams to shape European strategy.
Work with our global teams to adapt sales toolkits and brand materials for the Irish market, ensuring they resonate locally.
Orchestrate and execute local trade shows, brand events, and PR activities in partnership with our global functions.
Engage directly with local sales teams and partners, managing country‑specific communications and programs.
Maintain a clear view of all marketing activities, tracking performance and identifying trends to inform our strategy.
Manage relationships with local press, keeping them updated on new products, features, and key partnerships.

What you will bring:

Several years of B2B marketing campaign experience in Ireland.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience in a multinational environment being a plus.
Experience in working closely with high performing sales teams.
An entrepreneurial spirit; you’re ambitious, self‑motivated, and driven by data‑oriented results.
Experience in a high‑growth startup or other fast‑paced, adaptable working environment.
Creativity and a keen desire to test, learn, and roll out new tactics and initiatives.
