Position Description:We are seeking a dynamic Program / Project Manager to lead the onboarding of new business onto our operating platform. This role will manage multi-stream conversions, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure seamless transitions from sales through to BAU. The ideal candidate will bring strong governance, keyholder engagement, and operational oversight to complex fund launches and conversions.What you'll do:Governance & Stakeholder EngagementLead and evolve governance structures (e.g., SteerCo, Ops Calls, Working Groups);Maintain strategic alignment with business goals and executive priorities;Drive stakeholder engagement across internal teams and clients, ensuring sponsorship and accountability;Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables;Define scope, methodology, and timelines for onboarding activities (e.g., portfolio load processes, entity setup);Manage transitions to BAU, including documentation and handovers;Operational OversightEnsure the implementation of new business onto the operating platform adheres to best operational practices;Establish scalable processes that support long-term success once transitioned to BAU;Oversee the setup and validation of core operational workflows, ensuring readiness across key functions;Monitor progress against operational milestones and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with platform standards and client expectations;Team Leadership & CommunicationFacilitate structured communication across all relevant stakeholders;Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood;Promote efficient collaboration and mitigate distractions that may impact delivery momentum;Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify blockers and escalate issues appropriately;Maintain tactical coordination and resolution at the working level;Control the narrative and tempo of delivery across workstreams;What you bring to the table:Minimum 5 years' proven experience in program governance and stakeholder management administration;Ability to manage complex, multi-entity conversions and fund launches;Familiarity with fund structures, NAV cycles, investor reporting, and regulatory frameworksProficient in modern project management technology applications, including and Microsoft-based tools (e.g., Teams, Excel, SharePoint);Ability to communicate and facilitate across diverse teams;Attributes we value:Analytical skills;Organizational skills;Relationship and Stakeholder Management;Communication skills;Results Driven;Benefits you can expect:Healthcare for yourself, your spouse and any dependents up to the age of 18 years.
