About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Programmes Supervisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting independent living and community integration for service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering high-quality customer-focused community services that meet the needs, choices, and abilities of service users. This includes providing individual programmes and activities to support their personal development and work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Build trusting relationships and communication with service users to identify their goals, strengths, and needs.
* Support service users to establish and enhance their natural support circle.
* Advocate on behalf of and support self-advocacy for service users in various settings, including family, HSE, community groups, etc.
* Research and devise Community Profiles, sourcing activities in service users' communities.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations to build community capacity and promote inclusive communities.
* Facilitate the continual review of service user progress and participation in activities to motivate service users to take part.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience of working with adults with disabilities is essential.
* Well-developed people management skills, with proven experience of building, leading, and motivating a team.
* Experience in the promotion and support of independent living and community integration for service users.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, logistical, and management skills.
* Ability to manage behaviors that cause concern.
