Job Title: Person In Charge
The PIC will be responsible for the overall management of a residential disability service. This includes providing high standards of care to residents, managing staff and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will have experience in management or supervision within the Health or Social Care sector, preferably at QQI Level 7 Degree level.
We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional person-centered care, prioritize appointments and ensure a high quality of life for residents through regular reviews and risk assessments.
