This dynamic and experienced role in a busy supermarket involves supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
 * Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations
 * Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
 * Managing stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
 * Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and food safety regulations
 * Monitoring and analysing store performance metrics and implementing improvements where needed
 * Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction
 * Training, mentoring, and developing staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
 * Contributing to the planning and execution of promotional activities
