A leadership opportunity exists within our organization for a skilled Manager, to oversee the delivery of exceptional quality person centered care services. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Social Care or an Allied Healthcare related discipline at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
* Minimum three years' experience in a management role within the Health or Social Care sector.
* An appropriate qualification in Health or Social Care Management at minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, as well as proficiency in interpersonal interactions. He/She must also have knowledge about current developments relevant to their profession.
