As a junior bid writer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the creation of high-quality, persuasive bid submissions that embody our dedication to engineering excellence and client satisfaction.
Collaborating with bid managers, engineers, and subject matter experts, you will assist in crafting clear, engaging content that articulates complex technical solutions in accessible language.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in writing and refining high-quality responses for pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and proposals.
* Work closely with engineers, bid managers, and technical teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
* Review bid documents for compliance with client instructions and internal standards.
* Support the management and organisation of document libraries, case studies, CVs, and other supporting material.
* Carefully proofread submissions to ensure they are free from errors and presented professionally.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, English, Communications, or a related field. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
