Financial Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fund setup and operational details.

Liaising with investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians is an essential part of this role. You will work closely with these parties to support transaction processing and NAV production on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

* We calculate NAVs for complex investment funds based on client agreements.
* You track all cash transactions including portfolio-related activity, capital transactions, income allocations,
, expense allocations.
Cash reconciliations occur frequently in this position as we perform three-way reconciliations of cash assets liabilities with partners (based on fund activity). -----------------------------------
