Naas Pharmacy is recruiting an experienced and reliable Part-Time OTC Assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, you will be asked to work one weekend per month.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with OTC medications, providing expert advice, and supporting the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations.
To ensure a mature and responsible team, only candidates aged 19 and older will be considered for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing OTC medications
Provide advice and information on OTC products, including dosage and potential side effects
Maintain OTC product inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and manage product displays
Ensure customer inquiries are answered professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar OTC role min 1 year
Knowledge of common OTC medications and health products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service
Availability to work an occasional weekend, to fill in holiday leave etc.
