The Sidetrade collection team in Dublin is a group of dynamic and very friendly people. Delivering a high-level Customer Service is what they are striving for each day and our customer satisfaction ratings show that. We ensure all our Collection Analysts receive all the tools, trainings, mentoring and coaching from our team leaders to make this role a rewarding one.
As a member of the BPO team based in Dublin city-centre, you will manage a portfolio of end-customers, outsourced to Sidetrade, in B2B and/or B2C environments. You will work together with Sidetrade's clients to accelerate the overdue payments and reduce aged debt.
We're looking to hire a Collection Analyst, for a permanent contract or fixed-term contract (6 months minimum) in our office in Dublin. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Cash Collection Team Leader.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of end-customers (B2B and/or B2C) outsourced to Sidetrade
* Accelerate overdue payments and reduce aged debt in collaboration with Sidetrade clients
* Provide high-quality customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions
* Receive tools, trainings, mentoring and coaching from team leaders
What we are looking for / Qualifications
* Ensure that the cash collection activities meet the clients' requirements
* Handle complex customers' accounts and negotiate payment plans
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by using Sidetrade software
* Monitor accounts and provide reporting on collection activity
* Analyze accounts and determine the best collections strategies
* Escalate any complex account/situation with a solution-driven approach
* Love working towards targets, deliver on goals and meet deadlines
* Proactive, driven and business-focused
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including a good telephone manner and a professional approach
* Good usage of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
* Autonomy and team-working
* Resilient and persistent mindset
* All experience levels are considered; ideally 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, cash collections, finance, or banking (minimum in customer service or relations can be considered)
* Fluent French-speaking
* A second European language is an advantage, ideally English
