About our client

Our main focus is within their specialist financial services division, which is rapidly scaling with clients across Ireland, the UK, the US, and Asia, covering areas such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FinTech, and more.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Recruiters to join a growing team – either as individual contributors or future team leads.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team of 7 recruiters, with flexibility to work from the Dublin office, remotely (anywhere in the world), or in a hybrid setup. You'll have the chance to own your market, build a desk, or step into a leadership role depending on your career goals.
What You'll Do
1. End-to-end recruitment across your chosen vertical
2. Business development and client relationship management
3. Partner with our leadership on RPO and project-based delivery
4. Option to build and scale a team over time
5. Collaborate with recruiters across Ireland, Asia, and other global locations
Who You Are
* 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience within Finance
* Proven biller – €175K+ per year target
* Strong BD and commercial acumen
* Independent, accountable, and excited about joining a non-corporate, high-trust environment
* Commission Structure up to 25% + quarterly financial incentives
* Equity Participation Scheme
* Career progression into leadership or high-performing IC track
