Sales Director and Business Partner — Remote, Full-time (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday).
Salary: Attractive Basic + Client Revenue + Equity. Start Date: As soon as possible.

Since 1990, we’ve completed over 350 consultancy studies across Ireland and the UK, combining deep industry expertise with a strong academic and banking background. We work on a contingency fee model, meaning we only succeed when our clients do.
We are seeking a strategic, driven, and collaborative leader to join us as our Sales Director and Business Partner to lead the business following the retirement of our CEO.
The Role
As Sales Director and Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial strategy and long-term growth. This is a dual-role requiring both hands-on sales leadership and strategic partnership at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with business goals.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships across multiple sectors.
* Identify and capitalise on new markets, channels, and revenue opportunities.
* Analyse market trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team.
* Contribute to the business’s long-term vision and operational leadership.
About You
* A proven track record in senior sales leadership, ideally in consultancy or B2B services.
* Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
* Experience driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take ownership of the business direction.
* Knowledge of the banking and accounting sectors (preferred).
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with AI-driven business tools (essential).
