Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR function and providing HR assistance across the full remit.
Responsibilities
* Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes, including electricians, general operatives, and apprentices.
* Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Identify training requirements, coordinate, and conduct training and development activities.
* Lead on all employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies/procedures.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
* An HR qualification or degree is preferred.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, leading employee relations, and assisting with L&D activities.
