Senior Financial Accountant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Financial Accountant to join a dynamic finance team within a well-established and values-led organisation. As part of a high-performing Financial Control team, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, driving efficiency in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of key balance sheet reviews on a quarterly basis, ensuring all reconciliations are accurate, complete, and align with internal standards.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review VAT returns and ensure all filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- Conduct impairment reviews of assets and assess associated risks.
- Oversee intercompany account reconciliations and drive process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with at least 2+ years PQE.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
