Job Overview
The Construction Site Manager is responsible for overseeing construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager, highlighting key milestones and areas for improvement.
* Evaluate and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards.
* Ensure safe working practices on-site by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment.
* Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics to optimize resource allocation.
* Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports to support project evaluations.
* Perform walkdowns and quality control checks with trade contractors and client representatives to guarantee quality deliverables.
Requirements
* Degree in construction management or related field.
* Extensive experience in clean room construction and fit-out projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management strategies.
