Project Management Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and governance.
1. Manage project portfolios, focusing on process improvement, new system delivery, and NPI projects.
2. Implement rapid improvement projects using efficient project execution methodologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project scope.
4. Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning and timely execution.
5. Resolve complex issues and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders.
6. Oversee the governance of project portfolios and risk management processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
* 6+ years industry experience with 4+ years managing projects.
* Proven expertise in project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
* Proficiency in project management tools/software (MS Project, Smartsheets).
* Experience in leading cross-functional matrix-orientated projects.
* Background in Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Project management qualifications (PMP certification) an asset.
