In this Business Development / Account Management role at Access Healthcare, you will own the full 360° sales journey - from identifying key healthcare stakeholders and navigating complex medical/clinical accounts to closing deals and driving long-term client growth.

Experience: 1+ years of commercial experience (with at least 1+ year in B2B, consultative, or target-driven sales).
Skills: Proven exposure to prospecting, navigating multi-stakeholder accounts, and managing early-to-mid stage deals.
Mindset: You are competitive, resilient, and want your income to match your output.
Average Year 3: €90,000+ (Top performers earn significantly above this)
