Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
* Assist with laundry services as needed
* Provide excellent customer service to guests
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
