General Operative Role
This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the production process.
1. Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
2. Process Optimization: Complete quality control checks and report any issues that may impact productivity.
3. Machinery Operations: Operate production machines as required to maintain efficient production levels.
4. Packaging and Loading: Place all necessary components into boxes before packaging and loading.
This position requires flexibility with working hours, as the factory operates on a 24/7 basis. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, however extra ad-hoc shifts are often available.
