Overview
Customer Assistant (25 - 30 Hours) – Douglas at Tesco Ireland. Join to apply for this role and help deliver the widest range of products and services to customers, with a focus on great customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities
* Always put the customer first and consider their needs in every action.
* Get to know customers, serve with pride, and help ensure products and services are available.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.
* Follow department routines and processes using the training provided.
* Follow company policies and health and safety routines.
* Be flexible to support colleagues in other departments when required.
Requirements
* Ability to deliver natural, proactive customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
* Work hard for customers, the team, and the department; prioritize effectively for customers.
* Adaptable and resilient to changing business needs.
* Ability to follow verbal or written instructions; reliable and punctual.
* Smart and tidy appearance at all times.
