As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
2. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and educate customers to self-serve when possible.
3. Meet and exceed performance targets for resolution rate, satisfaction, and response time.
4. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
5. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
