We seek Irish-qualified solicitors with 2-5 years of experience at an international or Irish law firm, who possess a genuine passion for Corporate M&A work.
Key Insights into This Opportunity
You will play a vital role in drafting and negotiating deal documents related to various corporate transactions while advising renowned international clients.
You will provide ongoing legal advice on other corporate matters and build strong relationships with clients, managing transactions with guidance from Partners when necessary.
