The Hodson Bay Group is seeking a seasoned Construction & Development Projects Manager to spearhead the Yew Point Eco Tourism Development and future projects.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a project management professional to grow their career in a dynamic industry within a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
As part of our hotel group, consisting of four 4* properties, you will be responsible for managing the development of an eco-tourism and experiential project on a 150-acre site at Hodson Bay.
We are also undertaking multiple ongoing upgrade and refurbishment projects across our properties, requiring strong leadership and expertise.
This senior appointment reports directly to our group directors and demands a high level of experience and skill.
The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry, site management, and project delivery, with experience in:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other programming tools.
* Reading and interpreting architect's and engineer's drawings and specifications.
* Communicating, motivating, and managing design team members and site employees.
We require a minimum of 3 years' experience in these areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring quality construction and completion in accordance with designs and specifications.
* Participating in design team meetings.
* Implementing Construction Quality Management protocols.
* Ensuring compliance with site health and safety legislation.
* Managing all aspects of exemplary project and construction management.
