Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in all areas of the operation, highlighting gaps or areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions.
• Maintain a presentable and well-organized station, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in excellent condition.
• Lead day-to-day operations, resolving operational issues, including managing the shuttle bus service, vehicle security, and reporting anomalies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS scores) and uphold customer service standards.
• Manage daily operations for Sharebox & D2C bookings, ensuring timely fulfillment and handling queries.
