Job Description

* We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the QS Team, you will assist in all costs relating to Building and Civil aspects of various projects.
* You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates throughout the design stages, tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and schedule of rates.
* Advise clients on procurement and tendering strategies, implement value engineering opportunities, and manage VE processes.
* Perform risk and value management, cost control, identify commercial risks, and develop responses.
* Contract administration of various forms of Works Contracts, preparation and analysis of tender costings, and provide advice on contractual claims.
* Manage change orders with senior team members and prepare final accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
* BSc Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3+ post-graduation experience preferably within a consultancy practice.
* Proficient in the use of Excel, Cubit, and Buildsoft.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
* Strong construction knowledge and experience in Building and Civil Works Projects.
* Firm understanding and working experience of Contracts and Procurement methods.
