Internal Sales Executive – Digital Solutions
Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Reporting to: Head of Sales Team Development
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Overview
We're on the hunt for an energetic, early-career Sales Executive who's eager to thrive in a fast-moving, digitally driven environment. You'll be part of a talented and collaborative commercial team, developing your consultative selling skills while playing a key role in helping businesses across Ireland grow through smart, data-led solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, confident in their communication, and passionate about helping customers achieve measurable results through digital advertising.

Responsibilities
8. Develop a deep understanding of our digital product suite and customer success tools
9. Identify new business opportunities via outreach, networking, and referrals
10. Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients
11. Manage your own portfolio, maximising value and growth opportunities
12. Understand clients' objectives and pain points to tailor digital advertising strategies
13. Present data-driven insights to inform client decision-making
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
15. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements
16. 1–2 years' experience in digital or consultative sales (essential)
17. Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
18. Commercially savvy and confident using data to influence decisions
19. Excellent communication and listening skills
20. Adaptable, with a growth mindset and desire to learn
21. Experienced in using CRM platforms and digital sales tools
22. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
23. Comfortable prospecting new clients via cold calling, email, and social platforms
Bonus points if you have experience selling or managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
