Job Purpose:
The role involves leading projects, managing multiple projects from small to large scope, and developing overall project plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Develop and implement overall project strategies, including cost management, schedule planning, risk assessment, and performance metrics.
* Prioritize and allocate resources for assigned projects and activities effectively.
* Communicate and manage technical challenges and business risks proactively.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with honors.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience.
* PMP certification is highly desirable.
