Job Description
The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams—Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors—ensuring the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex civil works. Based in County Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects that align with our values, sustainability ambitions, and long-term strategy.
Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Leadership: Champion Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) excellence across every phase of the project, in full compliance with Irish regulations and industry best practices.
Team Management: Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors. Act as a mentor to junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Project Delivery: Plan and manage civil works to meet programme milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.
Drive Results: Oversee all aspects of project delivery—including budget control, resource management, design coordination, and contract administration.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.
Sustainability Focus: Align procurement and delivery strategies with environmental objectives and long-term value creation.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee licensing, permitting, and public works contract requirements with precision and attention to detail.
Continuous Improvement: Report regularly on progress, share insights, and contribute to the company's culture of learning and innovation.
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field). Equivalent experience will be considered.
Chartered or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland (or similar professional body).
5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role—ideally in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Full working rights in Ireland and a full clean Irish/EU driver's licence.

€75,000 - 100,000 per annum, dependent on relevant experience
