About the Company: Our client, a well-established business based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office / Operations Manager to take ownership of key business functions outside of Sales. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and offers a broad scope of responsibilities across operations, finance support, and office management. Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the business. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency and accuracy across order processing, stock coordination, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing Oversee and maintain the smooth flow of sales order processing Approve orders in line with credit control criteria Manage and process returns in collaboration with Sales and Support Stock Coordination Liaise with outsourcing partners to ensure accurate stock accounting and issue resolution Office & Facilities Management Oversee the day-to-day operational needs of the office Ensure adequate supplies and office resources Coordinate basic IT needs and external service providers Handle general administrative duties and ad hoc support as required by management Accounts Payable Ensure smooth operation of the accounts payable function Oversee invoice entry of all supplier invoices Ensure all queries/issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner Manage all supplier payments in line with company processes Office & Facilities Management Oversee the day-to-day operational needs of the office Ensure adequate supplies and office resources Coordinate basic IT needs and external service providers Handle general administrative duties and ad hoc support as required by management What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an operational or office management role Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in standard accounting and office software packages What's on Offer: Salary range €38,000 - €45,000 depending on experience Stable, full-time onsite role (Monday to Friday) A central role in a supportive and collaborative team Variety and responsibility in a broad operational role Ready to Join a Business Where You Can Make an Impact?
