Key Account Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our most strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth and expansion across our portfolio.
* Owning and managing complex customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
* Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion across products and services
* Fostering strong senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their objectives, challenges, and long-term strategy
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will require:
* A proven track record of managing complex customer accounts within a B2B or SaaS environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
* Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, renewals, and pipeline forecasting
