Job Description:
Senior Reward Manager is required to lead the Reward function, implement reward strategy, manage business-as-usual activities, and deliver a broad range of reward projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to ensure that reward policies and practices are aligned with business strategy and market practice within a supportive and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual compensation review process including salary policy development, bonus planning, and market data analysis for eligible employees.
* Coordinate senior management compensation in collaboration with regional Reward teams, including promotion and appointment processes.
* Monitor employment legislation, market trends, and survey results, and provide recommendations to align reward strategies with best practice.
* Prepare reports and insights for HR colleagues and senior leaders to support decision-making.
* Develop and maintain remuneration structures following market review, internal restructures, or acquisitions, including salary ranges, bonus schemes, pension, and benefits.
* Lead strategic reward projects and participate in wider HR initiatives both locally and globally.
* Advise HR and business leaders on reward offerings for new hires, internal transfers, and bespoke roles.
* Oversee investment bonus schemes, regulatory compliance calculations, and grading committee processes, supporting pay transparency and governance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Significant experience in Reward with deep knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies in a large organisation.
* Proven track record managing annual reward cycles, including pay reviews, bonus plans, and market benchmarking.
* Strong people management experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with confidence presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
* Experience conducting detailed research, analysing information, and recommending solutions or process improvements.
* Expertise in reviewing and re-engineering reward processes, leveraging technology for efficiency and scalability.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
