The Diamond Expert, a leading bespoke jewellery brand known for unparalleled craftsmanship, exclusive designs, and exceptional client experience, is looking for a highly creative and organised Brand and Content Manager to help grow and educate our online audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience creating content for a fast‑growing luxury jewellery brand.
You’ll work closely with our team to create engaging, commercial social media content, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, and support the growth of our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, email, and our Shopify website www.thediamondexpert.com, with a strong focus on driving website traffic and supporting private booking consultations and online sales conversions.
This is a role focused on digital storytelling and content creation, where you’ll help shape the voice and online presence of an exciting luxury brand through social media campaigns, GEO and SEO-led blogs, website copy, newsletter content, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Social Media
Creating engaging social media content including reels, stories, posts, and behind‑the‑scenes videos.
Planning and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Capturing day‑to‑day brand moments, jewellery pieces, client experiences, and events for social content.
Editing short‑form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
Writing captions aligned with our luxury brand voice.
Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles.
Engaging with our online audiences through comments and messages.
Monitoring content performance and helping identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
Coordinating and supporting photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s visual identity.
Tracking social media performance analytics, reporting monthly on engagement trends, and suggesting improvements to grow our reach.
Conducting competitor analysis across search and social platforms to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Digital Content & Marketing
Writing GEO & SEO‑friendly blog articles and website content.
Assisting with product descriptions and website copy updates.
Creating engaging email newsletter and ad campaign content.
Managing marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Executive & Business Operations Support
Assisting at events, both domestic and international.
Managing business projects, marketing initiatives, and VIP client gifting campaigns.
Researching industry trends and competitor insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
An energetic social media pro, with experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for a brand.
Passionate about fashion, fine jewellery, or luxury brands.
Highly organised and detail‑driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
A strong communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills.
A creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Comfortable filming and editing short‑form video content, including being in front of the camera from time to time.
Tech‑savvy, with experience in Canva, InShot, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools.
Confident handling high‑end customer relationships and maintaining a luxury brand voice.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Essential)
Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Klaviyo, Shopify, and CapCut/InShot.
A flair for basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe).
This is a dream role for someone who loves luxury and social media and is excited to shape the digital presence of a high‑end brand while delivering an exceptional experience to its exclusive clientele.
Additional Information
This role is based full‑time in our Dun Laoghaire office.
Standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility is required, including occasional evening and Saturday work in line with business needs.
Opportunity for occasional international travel in connection with events and brand activity.
Target start date: July 2026.
