Site Finishing Foreman
Beldare Homes, a prominent developer specialising in new build projects, is seeking an experienced Site Finishing Foreman for an immediate start on a 60-unit mixed housing and apartment scheme in Wicklow.

The suitable candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the final stages of construction, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of units.
This involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities from coordinating subcontractors to managing material orders and liaising with external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be crucial in delivering units to deadlines and maintaining the high standards expected by Beldare Homes Ltd.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors.
Maintain programme and deliver units to deadlines.
Take control of works from completion of the superstructure to include 1st and 2nd fix M&E and carpentry, plastering, fit out and decorating.
Snag housing units and coordinate the close-out of snagging items.
Order materials and stock.
Liaise with architects and engineers concerning BCAR, certification and sign-off.
The Candidate
Trade background preferable.
An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
3+ years of construction experience in a similar role required.
A keen eye for detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise.
Computer literate.
Package:
Remuneration will be in line with qualifications and experience.
Salary range €65,000 to €80,000 plus package DOE.
