About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Enterprise Sales Operations Executive to own and scale the B2B Sales Operations function supporting the Enterprise Sales organisation at Virgin Media. This is an end-to-end ownership role with full accountability for Salesforce administration, CRM architecture, GTM tooling, and data integrity across the B2B commercial organisation.
This is a Salesforce-oriented, standalone role. You will act as the primary Salesforce Administrator and system owner, responsible for building, optimising, and maintaining Salesforce from a greenfield environment, embedding GTM tools into sales workflows, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality data and reporting.
The role requires a high degree of autonomy and hands-on delivery, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate business needs into effective, scalable systems and processes.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
Salesforce Administration & Platform Ownership
* Own Salesforce as the core B2B CRM, including design, configuration, implementation, and optimisation
* Build and scale Salesforce from a greenfield environment aligned to B2B GTM motions
* Configure and manage objects, record types, layouts, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, approvals, automation, reports, and dashboards
* Design and implement Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled)
* Manage releases, testing, deployments, and change management
* Own SharePoint libraries and Power Automate features supporting sales enablement
Sales Operations & GTM Enablement
* Act as sole owner of B2B Sales Operations across the full sales lifecycle
* Translate business requirements into scalable systems and workflows
* Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders
* Own deal workflows including opportunity management, pricing and margin governance, and discount/non-standard approvals
* Drive adoption of tools and processes across the sales organisation
GTM Tools & Automation
* Configure and manage GTM tools for lead management, routing, pipeline, forecasting, and deal desk workflows
* Own Salesforce integrations (e.g. Outlook / Inbox)
* Perform bulk data operations using Data Loader
* Identify and automate manual processes to improve seller efficiency
Data, Reporting & Forecasting
* Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting
* Build and maintain dashboards used by sales leadership
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems
* Support ad hoc analysis and insights for commercial decision-making
Skills & Expertise:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) with minimum of 2 years of experience
* 3–5 years' experience in B2B Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
* Proven experience building and owning Salesforce from scratch
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and GTM motions
* Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce automation and approval processes
* Experience owning tools and processes end to end in a lean or standalone function

* Working knowledge of APEX (ability to read/debug and collaborate with developers)
* CPQ or pricing tool exposure
* SOX or commercial governance awareness would be an advantage
* Power Automate or similar workflow tools
