We are committed to delivering high-quality developments that enhance communities.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal processes, supporting project teams, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external personnel, public & client facing.Provide high quality customer service ensuring all queries are promptly addressed as they arise.Support senior management with diary management, scheduling and correspondence.Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and project documentation.Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff communications.Coordinate meetings, events, and team-building activities.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.Consult with property development teams to support project administration and reporting e.g. manuals, handover packs, customer care files, snag lists, weekly sales reports etc.Manage office budgets and track expenses.QualificationsProven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Experience in the property development or real estate industry is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Acquaint CRM desirable but not essential.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Confident in working independently as well as part of a team.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Preferred AttributesFamiliarity with construction and property development terminology.Experience supporting project-based teams.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site gymOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Are you proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite?Experience:Office Admin/Executive Assistant: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
