Property Solicitor – 3 yrs PQE
The role requires a highly experienced property solicitor with at least 3 years + experience in commercial property and real estate matters. We are looking for an individual who can manage caseloads of residential and commercial property transactions, support the management of matters involving lease roll-outs for retail clients using legal technology, and assist international investment divisions on inward investments relating to offices logistics parks shopping centers.
1. • Manage large portfolios of properties including freehold acquisitions disposals, leasing site acquisition sales redevelopment projects collateral warranties assignment agreements.
2. • Conduct thorough due diligence investigations identify potential risks liabilities assess impact business strategy mitigate associated costs.
