Pandora is seeking a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead our flagship store. You will inspire a high‑performing team to exceed targets and deliver world‑class customer service.
Role Overview
The store manager is Pandora’s brand ambassador, responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Support and motivate the in‑store team to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store.
Drive the store’s commercial execution through back‑of‑house activities.
Become a Pandora product expert and nurture team talent, unlocking potential and supporting succession.
Qualifications
Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail environment.
Passion for exemplary customer service culture.
Strong communication skills to coach a high‑performing team.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and take action to deliver results.
A positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and values.
