* Proactively support clients, manage time-sensitive duties, respond to escalations, and monitor activity to enhance client experience.
* Collaborate effectively with other Citi departments to resolve urgent issues and foster strong working relationships.
* Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive system and process enhancements to streamline product offerings.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure daily adherence to key procedures and controls.

* 5-8 years of relevant experience* Experience in a securities transactions processing role* Client services experience* In-depth knowledge of settlement cycle concepts and procedures to resolve settlement issues* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills* Strong computer and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to analyze current procedures and strive for process and qualitative improvements.
